Accessing Services & Programs through CFS

trustCFS is essentially a Neighbourhood Centre, and has a “no wrong door policy”. The types of services and support accessible through CFS are broad (refer to listings below) reflecting the needs of the community. Everyone through CFS’s door is provided with non-judgemental, individualised assistance.

CFS services may be accessed by individuals, support networks, or referring organisations. Contact can be initially made by:

  • Coming into the centre
  • By phone or email
  • By completing the confidential online referral form. The referral form will provide us with important background information, and may result in a more speedy resolution. The referral form will be assigned to a CFS Support Worker, who will then contact you providing individualised support.
